William L. Jansen, President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Jansen has over 40 years of experience in the world of information management. Early in his career, he worked in the microfilming industry specializing in medical records microfilming, x-ray minification and silver reclamation, participating in all aspects of the industry from sales and consulting to the technical aspects of processing film and archival quality control and storage. As the industry evolved, he provided sales and consulting services for document scanning, microfilm conversion to digital imaging, medical record and radiology file room management, providing unique hybrid solutions for clients information management needs.

In addition to the healthcare industry, he has worked with and provided information management solutions for the governmental, defense, finance and manufacturing industries. He has held federal security clearances for the U.S. Defense, Energy and Treasury departments.

In Spring 2020, Mr. Jansen's article "Medical Record Considerations During Bankruptcy" was published in the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees.

Jennifer Carol - Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Carol came to the world of information management through a non-traditional route. In her first career in the fashion and theater industries, Ms. Carol developed a wealth of experience in project management. Utilizing her Bachelor of Science in Fashion Design she was a Senior Designer in the Product Development Division for Isotoner, specializing in ladies footwear. She has worked extensively in theater production and taught Design Draping and Patternmaking at the University of Cincinnati's School of Design, Art, Architecture and Planning.

Since joining MetalQuest, Ms. Carol has utilized her extensive organization and project management skills overseeing the day-to-day production operations and physical plant maintenance.
